Hi Paul
Well I still cannot really believe that this time last week I was waiting to do my motorcycle practical test for a full category A licence, rather like waiting to be hung I should imagine, and to think that I passed first time! I am very grateful to you for your expert coaching and encouragement. I thought that while you were focused on the skills necessary in the particle test your underlying approach was to teach the essentials of safe riding while having fun. I believe that you exercised very good judgement as to when to coax me to go faster, turn tighter etc., to move my skills forward. As to the “u- turn from hell” well I did it in the end! Once I have sorted my self out with my first big bike (which may not be until around March 2004) I will certainly get back in touch with you to organise some advanced training.
